Elite Set Rating Requirements

Hello. I’m interested in obtaining this season’s elite plate set for my wardrobe. Can I get the entire set at 1800 rating, or is the cloak still restricted to 2100 rating?

I had cloak on 1600.

Full set 1800.

2100 awards a prestigous cloak that isn’t part of the elite set. you unlock the whole set at 1800. The linked guide is outdated.
