Elusive Blasphemite movement speed not stacking with movement CDs

Unlike other sources of movement speed (enchants) the movement speed provided by the Elusive Blasphemite doesn’t stack with abilities like Wind Rush Totem, Spirit Walk etc.

For some reason it does stack with Ghost Wolf however.

Please test it yourself with other CDs and report it ingame as a bug. Thank you.
