I reached Renown 45, received the Elysian Aquilon, clicked the item… and it’s nowhere to be found in the Mount Tab.
Any ideas why? What should I do to get the mount?

Mine didn’t appear in the uncollected tab before I earned it which was confusing. It also didn’t appear in the collected tab when I first added it but was there when I searched. I don’t know if this helped, but I then mounted it and, next time I looked at the collected tab it was there.
I collected it when shadowlands first came. Now I search its displayed as not collected along side my argent mounts, who knows how many more too…
