I dunno everytime i press decree now i feel like im getting flashbanged, i think its too green, looks totally out of place. I think the the greens need to be dialed down quite a bit and maybe throw in some darker colored greens in there, or literally just straight up black particles to make it dark green. I dont like it at all tbh

Speak for yourself! I can’t stop pressing it because it looks so damn awesome! Same with The Hunt!!
I can imagine it’s not to everyone’s tastes though, and maybe they will add glyphs for these effects in future updates to cater to more different tastes.

I cannot agree with you here, I’m afraid. Elysian Decree (for some unknown reason not renamed) is a fully fel powered ability, a super sigil, one that explodes in fel fire so powerful it shatters fragments of souls of the enemies unfortunate enough to be within its area.
It is meant to feel like a flashbang.
TL;DR: Working as intended.
