Simple question:
the tooltip of elysian decree says it deals 350% ap damage aoe.
Sinful Brand only does 338% over 8 Seconds .
Still the guides say sinful Brand would be stronger single Target ?
What am i missing ?

Sinful scales with haste + your meta applies it as well.
