First they killed herbalism and alchemy with boxes, now they killed jewelery and mining with this, more thanks to the blizzard.
Keep up the good work and soon you will be able to simply cut professions out of the game.
You realize that gems for Emblems were part of the game since the 3.0.3? Like Month or so after WotLK release? Unlike boxes that are something entirely new?
And with Rampart Botting I doubt you could kill gathering professions even more than they are now while JC still grants its owner the unique benefits from JC only Gems and Trinkets?
Depends on servers, but outside of scarlet rubies, all rare gems were already 10-20g max …
I just had an idea - if they make everything worthless then bots will not be profitable anymore. It’s a lose-lose situation I might be willing to take.
Again… The gems were sold through emblem Vendor back in original Wrath about 4-5 weeks after initial release. And if it’s raw gems then JCs lose nothing as you still need to cut them.

Eh as much as I wish it happened they’d probably just focus even harder on running through places like Maraudon, Blackrock Depths (though that was rogue bots afaik) and other dungeons.
blizzard has already given us an influx of bots by closing servers in Сhina
That’s how the game was back then, and when ICC hits - you will be able to buy red/yellow/blue/green/purple/orange uncut gems for 10 Heroism emblems each.
