Emeni (renown 32) unaivable?

Hello,

i swapped Covenants from Necro to Venthyr, then back to Necro. Howeveer i am unable to use the Emeni Tree? can anybody let me know how i can fix this?

For many, including a guildie of mine just the other day, they had not done the quests that gives Emeni her new body. This same line opens the abomination factory.
