Can anyone explain how some druids are flying in the Emerald dream 10.2 please. I have done the campaign up to 4 so far, all Cenarius side quests and all others other than a few world quests. I have tried searching for this but no much luck … much appreciated if you do respond!

You need to earn Dragon Isles Pathfinder Achievement.
Then you can use normal flying.
You can search for criteria in achievemnt tab ingame.
Basically, it consist of these achievements
Azure Spanner — Complete storylines in the Azure Span.
Embers of Neltharion — Complete the storylines leading up to, and inside, Zaralek Cavern.
Just Don’t Ask Me to Spell It — Complete storylines in Thaldraszus.
Ohn’a’Roll Icon Ohn’a’Roll — Complete storylines in the Ohn’ahran Plains.
Waking Hope — Complete storylines in the Waking Shores.
Dragon Isles Explorer — Explore the regions of the Dragon Isles.
Explore Zaralek Cavern — Explore Zaralek Cavern.
Explore the Emerald Dream — Explore the Emerald Dream, revealing the covered areas of the world map.
