At the end of Dragonflight, players could enter the Emerald Dream through the portal, and it wasn’t just druids or the Green Dragonflight. Characters like Vyranoth, Alexstrasza, Tyrande’s soldiers, and other outsiders were able to enter as well.
How does this work in Midnight? Can anyone still enter the Emerald Dream through the portal, or has access become restricted again to the Green Dragonflight and druids?
I’m also curious how RP guilds usually handle this. Do they organize events in the Emerald Dream where other night elves, such as Priestesses of Elune, Wardens, or Sentinels are welcome, or is the Emerald Dream generally treated as a place where only druids spend time?
What does the lore suggest about who can freely enter the Emerald Dream nowadays?
It’s a bit different,Emerald Dream is build on levels,what we accesed in Df was just a part and is not restricted to anyone,is just that only druids know how to work in the dream and to make the connection to the Real world, the druids have acces to the security level they can feel any danger coming from the dream something that no other races can have. Now that Bel’Ameth is in the real world the portal to the dream is closed,in order to regain acces in it,you can only with the help of druids by doing some rituals or hibernate.Did you ever wondered why the Temple of the Moonwell and Eye of Ysera did not made into Azeroth and the tree did in Df,because these 2 places are part of the dream that was not meant to rise in the world,only the tree with all around him and is almost everything the same.
