I play both factions too and alliance had it far worse for a lot longer

It’s just now horde is having similar issues it’s a big deal and must be dealt with immediately. The six months alliance never got one was fine though…
They’ve messed up WQ rewards completely recently anyway so the whole system is basically useless outside of fresh 120s anyway and your as well buying a weapon off the AH with the right stats as hoping RNGesus is on your side

considering how obsolete emissary gear is now, i’m not sure why it would be that much of an issue.
Not really, have no need for it on the main and don’t care as much on the alts. They’ll eventually get it. And maybe I gotten used of this ‘randomization’ that has been rather crap from the beginning.
I mean if you feel bad as a Horde, go talk to the Alliance and see what they think. My guess with all the threads that popped up since BFA launch, they’re not too happy about it either and seem to think the Horde has it better. 
Edit: I still think H and A should have the same ones up though. There’s no need to give one faction an edge by RNG… yes eventually it will flatten out. But its silly that its a thing to begin with.
no youre right, ive just checked hordie servers and they all have low level weapons but 430 or so ilvl. Sorry, must have got confused with alliance servers.
