Just wanted to see if I was extremely lucky or if there’s indeed something going on :
Been slacking with the emissaries for a while now but out of two gear emissaries I got two tier 3 corrupted items. That’s an extremely small sample so I wanted to ask : What was your luck with emissaries ?
Since emissaries are the main gear source for casuals and that they don’t have access to the m+ chest I wonder if Blizzard heavily buffed the emissary proc chance to let casuals get a few pieces.
Could be useful to gear alts should emissaries really have a high proc chance.
An emissary won’t take that long and paired with the weekly upgrade you may get your alts at a decent power level with minimal time investment. (Outside of essences tho, but I’m pretty sure 3 top corrupted affixes can make up for a sub par essence)
Its luck, there is nothing like guarantee coruption on emissary ( m+ and pvp chests have those). Its just WQs and emissaries have higher change to corupt, just like they had higher chance to be wf/tf/socket, only now it actualy matter… Back then even if yoir Wq reward did proc TF with socket, it was usualy bad… Now WQ item can be your bis
IF it is luck i dont give a F same for titanforge i do not do stuff for it at all same for corruptd gear i dont give a single F abour random stuff since why should i when it is random?
I cant change /work for it when i want and get it .
Literaly do not give a F about it ,i like how it works i despite how you get it and equip bonuses are just BOOOOOOOOOOOOORING.
i wished they would restrict corruption to raid and m+ loot. loot should be meaningful and not be given out for free with wqs.
i got an item with 75 corruption and an effect i absolutely do not care about out of it without even having the cloak on a character i wanted to gear up…well…yeah gee…thanks…guess im not going to replace my pants which were considerably worse.
at least make corrupted items only drop when you got a cloak or something.
I havent gotten any corrupted gear from emmissaries at all, but seems like some has gotten quite a few items. Especially on chars without the cloak maybe to «force» ppl into that questchain? tinfoil hat moment
I was lucky enough not to get any. The last thing I need is corrupted gear on my gold farming alts (although some have it from wqs, but not from emissaries). I’m only doing the cloak on one toon and that’s it. I wish there was zero chance at corrupted gear without the cloak.
