So Evokers have this unique mechanic to their ability casting where they can empower it, right? (e.g Fire Breath) What if they added that same mechanic unto Aimed Shot? It would allow us 3 different intervals to cast Aimed Shot at.
I think this change by itself would spice up MM Hunter a lot.

Who’s talking about Incinerate mate? It actually makes a lot of sense for Aimed Shot since it’s not an magical spell for which u must chant an incantation. It’s just us aiming our bow or gun, lol. Nothing is holding us back to let go before the end… 
No, just give me instant aimed shot, like it was before, on a 9s CD or whatever, bring back Chimera Shot Nuke, Gimme Sidewinders too.
So you want two instant cast nukes in the form of Aimed Shot and Chimaera Shot…
Where is the gameplay? 
Do you call that ‘gameplay’ when you try to cast a skill for 2.5-3 seconds while melees and some casters hit you with their 7-8 skills in the meantime?
Ask something better instead of lizard class type empowered skills. Like bringing back ‘Double Tap’ with 50% effectiveness and no gcd.
Go back in time, when that was what we called normal gameplay. Barely casted anything except steady. Was fun as hell. If anything, sniper should be the only casted ability along with Steady.

I highly encourage taking inspiration from the past but hunters need some innovation, something new and fresh. Not just a bunch of instant shots that have no relation to one another, BORING!
You clearly didn’t play MoP or WoD to ever utter the words ‘progression’ when talking about hunter. Mate we regressed. end of. Our kiting utility worsened while all melee got additional gap closers and charges on them, we still stuck out here with the same gap creator we had in WotLK. On top of losing readiness.

Did I ever say that Hunter is in a good state now? NO, i think it’s sh*t… I’m just asking for something new, not a bunch of nostalgia from a bunch of people who are stuck in the past…
Like I said before, taking inspiration from previous expansions is great but it’s time hunters get some innovation and bring the class to the next era of gaming.
So please get of your high horse claiming I didn’t play this or that expansion.
