Logged in my main, got an item from the Vault.
Logged in alt(s) and the Vault was empty, altho i did content last week.
Is this a known bug ? Anyone else has this issue ?
It fills at 09:00 server if you tried to open it prior to that. Go check again if you haven’t.
No, it was 30 minutes ago. And i got items from teh vault on the main, so that’s not the issue
Its reset from 5am now 
i always open my vault at around 5.30-6.00 in the morning.

CURRENT ISSUE
We have received reports that completion of Mythic (non-challenge), Timewalking, and Heroic level dungeons have not been properly providing rewards. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Sometimes logging in and out several times works.
Ah, yes, indeed. I misread your post, sorry. I recall this has been an reoccuring issue when seasons and prepatch/expansions come out.
