I had an issue where player position arrow marker, quest objectives, party members and all other trackable points of interests were missing from the minimap, along with ground effects like detection circles around NPCs.
There was also an issue in character selection screen where there was blinking graphics, all white textures of the camp and characters, missing character names, misaligned buttons and their texts, which I thought was a GPU driver issue.
There was a kind person on US forums that solved it. Its a warband camp bug.
Remove all characters from your Warband camps and then restart the game.
Everything went back to normal, no issues since, hopefully it stays that way.
