Empyrean Hammer Bug

Hi,

While playing as a Retribution Paladin, I noticed that when I use “Wake of Ashes”, followed by “Hammer of Light”, and then cast “Divine Storm”, it often happens—quite frequently, in fact—that “Empyrean Hammer” hits an enemy that is far away and not even part of the fight, which ends up pulling additional enemies.

This makes gameplay more difficult, especially in Mythic+ dungeons. For example, when the tank is trying to gather the group, my actions end up pulling 2-3 additional packs.

Could this be a similar issue to the bug that occurred with Holy Paladin’s “Divine Toll”?
Has anyone else encountered something similar?
