The Encapsulated Destiny buff does not guarantee any reward upon completing a time rift. I have experienced this on multiple alts and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. This appears to be the case still after this week’s reset, so I thought I should bring it to your attention if you are not aware of it.

Reporting it on the forums won’t make them aware of it though. Bugs on the EU servers must be reported in game via the bug reporting tool, as there is no bug report forum on the eu side.
Or you can report it in the US bug reporting forum, but for that you would need a toon of level 10 or more on the US servers.

The funny thing is that when you report any issue in game, GM forwards you to the bug report forum even if you are from EU.

I also used a Greater Encapsulated Destiny and got no reward.
GM forwarded me to the Wow Classic bug forum. clicked to the retail bug forum but i first need a lvl10 character on US server to post…
