Enchant head/shoulders: which enchant in TWW, even older ones?

Hey there
it seems that there are no Head or Shoulder enchants in TWW (at least I havent found any)
But is there old expansion enchants which really works (really have an effect in TWW, even if minor) and can be applied (not too low ilvl)?

I don’t think there is one. For old enchants there’s a max ilvl you can apply them to (I think it’s 320 or so right now).

Edit: There’s the horrific vision enchants they’ve added for the head slot which I momentarily forgot.
