Is the Enchant Weapon - Greater Agility not being available at The Violet Eye vendor intentional? I can’t say I have the memory to remember when it was added to the game but Wowhead etc seems to list it as being available in Phase 1 - Anyone got any better knowledge on this situation?

Try asking in the Burning Crusade forum, that might help - You can move the thread by clicking the pencil-thingie next to the title.

Wowhead’s guess is no better than yours or mine. It’s not an official source, and a lot of the information there is either very misleading or straight up wrong.
The enchant was added in 2.2 back in TBC, a patch that mostly contained balance changes etc. It was released a few months after Black Temple. You are most likely stuck with the +15 agility enchant for a while.
yeah i just farmed the mats for 2 20 agility enchants after spending 2 days farming a dungeon to get the weapons (dual weld) to then find out the enchant isnt in the game right now…guess il have to go farm murmer for sonic spear instead. 
Like a number of items, it’s being made available in a later phase.
