I don’t know why they suffocate us with defensive items lately when that’s clearly not needed and unwanted.
I’m just waiting for the new raid loot to be revealed so i can write down all the items i gotta farm before entering the arena.

It wont be applicable to both weapons, as it is the case right now with the BFA enchants.
Those have procs per minute, i dont think they can stack and i dont know if it can proc multiple times in a minute
I just wanna know why there isn’t a caster version of it
