Tell Zabra why he should abandon Enchanting for Engineering.
I just got rid of Herbalism and went Enchanting. However, I had fancied Engineering (always have), but opted against it in order to try something I have never maxed. I can add that I haven’t maxed Engineering in Wrath either. It has been in Vanilla and TBC only.
My other main profession is Tailoring, which is maxed out, as are all the secondary professions.
Pros and cons with Enchanting and Engineering, please!
Outside of arena, Engineering gives you more cooldowns. Rocket boots, para cloak, haste gloves, rocket gloves, bombs, shield belt, etc.
Honestly it’s fun - every profession should aim to be like engineering cause the rest are just boring and don’t change your gameplay in the slightest.
Engineering also pump. And if gives certain classes access to mechanics they don’t normally have, like giving a priest actual movement speed to deal with hard mechanics
I think Zabra will enjoy engineering Zabra can use the new gadgets in PvP, a new PvP story from Zabra is always lovely. Just like the one with the DK a few weeks back.
Engineering:
Pros:
-Lots of utility
-Vastly inferior cloak enchant to Tailoring
-Bombs&belt enchant that stacks with buckle
-Glove on use haste buff
Cons:
-Requires a mining alt or whaling of gold(and when i say whaling i mean at minimum 20k, on a realm with a relatively healthy eco)
Enchanting:
Pros:
-You can do your own enchants(obviously)
-the Ring enchants
-arguably best at moneymaking nowdays(selling raw and tips)
-Can sell enchants with vellums now
-Pairs very well with Tailoring and is otherwise self sufficient
Cons:
-Doesn’t have a lot of unique exclusive toys.
