I was looking into getting enchantments for my legendary items. But apparently boots doesn’t have anything of use.
But Icy-veins says: Enchant Cloak - Fortified Avoidance
But wowhead says: Enchant Cloak - Fortified Speed
I’m curious what people would recommend
The need for speed
my tank set is lucky enough with several avoidance pieces and with clock avoidance i get 15.86%.
however, if its just the cloack then you wont notice much, i think cloack speed enchant is like 2% speed so hard gamegreaking
That’s an error, I’ll have to update that. I recommend speed.

Doesn’t matter at all, just like eternal discussion on melee classes for Eternal Statts or Eternal Skirmish on chest.
