i keep getting booted from the game after i skipped the cinematic that shows, i also tried letting the cinematic play thru but it still keeps booting me from game plz blizz fix this or auto complete the quest for me
Well, I’m not Blizzard, but what I would try is
FIRST:
Disable ALL addons and try to see if you can get it to complete that way
SECOND:
If yuou are comfortable working with files and directories, reset your UI temporarily and try it then
Here are Blizzard’s instructions for resetting your UI
I can’t emphasise enough that you should take a copy of your Cache, Interface, and WTF folders before you start, so if you mess them up, you will have something to go back to. These hold your addons, their settings, and other UI settings.
So long as you just RENAME these folders rather than move or delete them, you should be OK, but better to be safe than have to reinstall and reconfigure all your addons.
After you have renamed Cache, Interface, and WTF and tried, you can delete the temporary ones created by the game and rename your folders back to their original names.
If that doesn’t work, a Support Ticket to Blizzard is your only option. Be sure to mention in the ticket that it still happens after restting your UI; otherwise they’ll just tell you to do that first.
i have resetted my ui and even restarted wow on several occasions but it still happens
Well, then, only Blizzard can mark your quest complete. Might as well start the ticket now, because you will be waiting for it.
also i send in a ticket but the waiting times keep changing
