Enemy cast bar above head

I remember wow had a toggle in settings somehwere where one could enable cast bar above the head of the enemy instead of having it below enemy portrait top left of screen (next to own portrait).

But I cant find it now ?

If you have enemy name plates toggled on, you will see a cast bar there aswell

That is correct. But Im sure the size of this has changed ?, because I clearly remember it being different
