Enemy pet healthbar in PVP - Cannot be hidden, no matter what i do. In options i uncheked minion, minor everything.

Either you unchecked wrong or it’s an addon overwriting it, like plater or threat plates or whatever you use.
Try /console nameplateShowEnemyMinions 0

or get https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/advancedinterfaceoptions
and set nameplateShowEnemyPets to 0

it might be a bug or something? if i hit pets with any aoe their nameplates start showing up

It sounds more like a setting from an addon. Can’t really comment without further information.

tried advancedinterfaceoptions, doesnt even have a pet option.

curently i have isntalled

DBM, GladiusEx, big debuff, better blizz frames

Can you type in “nameplateShow” and take a screenshot of the results you get?

Did you try to deactivate better blizz frames, use /console nameplateShowEnemyMinions 0 and see if the problem still exists?

tried and it still shows me all the pets and minions in arenas.

Use this as a last resort. It will reset all cvars back to default. Only do this if you don’t mind setting up your option settings again.

/console cvar_default

does this only apply to console settings? or my UI? action bars etc?

It will pretty much reset everything.
