Obviously we can see what current CDs are in use on enemy chars with the new name plates. However can you display what CDs have BEEN used and or on CD?
Not being able to tell when someone has a trinket available or a defensive CD ready is alien after decades of tracking this.
are we able to show CDs on CD over enemy name plates?
