Since it wont cast the spell if gloves are on cooldown. Since the beginning of time if an ability that is off the GCD is on cd the macro will continue to run the subsequent lines.
This is an big and unintential nerf to engi gloves since you now have to make additional keybinds to either use engi gloves separate from your other cooldowns (which is a dps loss) or make additional keybinds for macros like the above just for when you know engi gloves are not on cooldown.
For advanced players who already have 70+ keybinds already this is a huge inconvenience.
I am pretty sure you have fixed engi gloves incorrectly since the above consequence of the fix is surely not intentional.
or you can just slap modifier to the macro which only requires you to use the modifier …
simply turns into :
/use [mod:shift] 10
/cast [mod:shift] icy veins
/cast [mod:shift] arcane power
/cast Arcane Blast
only difference being that to launch your wombo combo you have to CONSCIOUSLY make that decision instead of mashing one button and expecting your on use cooldowns to come online automatically

Also, it’s pretty clear that macros are supposed to take a lot of thought away from the player.
