Why are they still restricted by profession. I did the legion achievement Chromatic Calibration: Cranial Cannons and thought that it will work as described in wowhead PTR and unlock the appearance for all my characters. But no it’s only if I am an engineer. Please blizzard remove this restriction as on PTR it was not present.

Agreed. This my hunter is engineering.
I would love googles mog for every alts wihout engineering skill.
