I think it’s absolutely unnecessary to limit mogging engineering goggles only to characters with engineering, esp. as most of them are such an old content now. You need to level up engineering from various expansions on every character, I’ve done it so many times I’m sick of it and it’s a time and gold sink. We’re getting massive changes to professions in DF and this seems like a dated forgotten thing.
Give us more mogging options.
Once you unlock the mog, it should be available to you account-wide regardless of your character’s professions!
+1, I hope these restrictions get removed at least for the transmogging part.
The items themselves from current expansion can still have the restriction (after all, every profession is supposed to give a small niche), but once the look is collected, it should be usable just the same on any character you have.
Example: I craft the cloth goggles from SL with a mage. They collect the appearance for the whole account, but only the mage can use it (or any other eligible engineers).
