Engineering goggles

I’ve been searching online and cant find anything about it,
I’ll be looking to craft the leather engineering goggles in tbc
does it matter whether you’re goblin or gnomish, or can you craft the helm with any engineering spec?
i dont want to pick one then it turns out i needed the other to craft the leather helm

The goggles are for any engineer.
The differences with goblin and gnomish are more for ‘fun’ items like rocket boots, mortars, specific bombs, whatever.
