Why is the Wormhole Generator: Northrend item the ONLY portal that has a 4 hour CD.

Use: Creates an unstable wormhole the Engineer can use to travel around Northrend. Lasts 1 min. (4 Hrs Cooldown)
Requires Level 24
Requires Northrend Engineering (40)

It doesn’t make sense while the other have a 15 min CD.

Blizzard please fix this.

If you can choose the location on a continent for your teleport, it will have a longer cooldown.
