I have an engineering on realm Kazzak who is proranger and cannot find the engineering trainer called clinkyshattarboom hope you can help me fast thanks.
i am already 70 I just cannot find him do I need an intro quest or so that I can see him I dont know. I will check the link he is not where is supposed to be

found him thanks wasn’t there but now he seems to be there
Sometimes he is, sometimes he isn’t. Don’t know what his timer is.
