A youtuber Waves is using some interesting macro. On his videos you can see that for example LB, CL, Tempest are cast from one button. Do you perhaps know how this macro can be built?

For CL/Tempest it is pretty easy.

/cast [known:Tempest] Tempest; Chain Lightning
For using LB/CL in the same macro, I suspect that he is using a shift mod macro. Meaning that while holding the shift key the macro changes from LB ro CL. I would advise against doing that, since putting a shift macro in your main rotation would needlessly increase the number of keypresses (unless you are really stressed for keybinds).
Waves is doing it because he is one of the best enh shamans, but I doubt that it would work best for the average player.
