It does in fact no longer have strong burst and the offheals are mediocre at best. And hey, just have a look at the ladders if you think the spec is anywhere NEAR okay.
It has weak burst, it has very weak sustained and it has horrible survivability. Saying anything else is just nonsense.

not saying enh is super strong but i faced a few at 2200-2400 solo shuffle mmr so they are not horrible.

Everyone can go 2k2 in solo Q, the system is broken and solo Q is the meme fiesta, also that enha was before all nerfs, now they sux
enhancement is the lowest dps class in solo shuffle with the highest being 2500. There are even devastation evokers at 2.6 which shows how awful enhance truly is. Yes it is definitely possible to reach 2400 as enhance depending on queues but it’s very unlikely.
Enhance is bad, I mean really really bad when compared to other melees, even Ret that is in a dire state is better than Enhance.
