They want to see us beg for mobility

Do you want to see us nerfed to oblivion ? We literally have everything else there is to have in the game…

If nerf happens, nerf happens.

Spirit walk CD is 1 min meanwhile Gust of wind is 20 sec…
Who exactly still picks spirit walk ?

No that would turn us to Paly/war play style. Where is the uniqueness of the classes? I want something new specifically for shaman to solve the gap issues

I do. In pvp its a deff CD. And in pve you can cheese mechanics with it.

Looks like a L2P issue imo…

In PvP you take gust of wind if you want a defensive CD
20 second CD.
1 MINUTE BREAK ROOT ! It’s just not worth it compared to gust of wind

Dunno… Im not sure shamans are lacking in mobility…

I’m not talking about Spirit Walker aegis (which you never take as enhance)
We’re talking about Spirit Walk, currently a choice node with Gust of Wind. You can’t have both.
The problem isn’t our root (altough we have 1 root as enhance, I wouldn’t call it plenty).
Once you get kited, your mobility goes poof, thats it. Sure press Spirit Walk, and guess what, get snared right after. 1 min cd gone just like that.

Im going to stop commenting on this because i don’t play as much PvP as I should.

I hope you get what you want. But IMO if anything it should be a PvP talent if you think Enh needs more mobility.

If they every put even more mobility in the class talent tree, RShaman and Ele would have so much mobility it would be OP beyond measure. In PvP, but also in PvE.

Can’t comment on Ele and Resto but I’m sure devs could work around that.
You can have a class tree talent share different values over different specs (currently the case for Enhanced Imbues - 30% for ele, 15% for enhance).
Something like that, it doesn’t have to be shared between each spec.

It has to be enhance specific for sure.
PvP talent is not solution either - there is already bloat of choosing what is best every arena.

We simply need what I said. You are competing in this manner with classes like ret/war/ww and enhances mobility is literaly 50% worse. Its crazy.

Mobility wise it is fine imho. My only concern is, it being squishy.

Both issues are relevant but mobility is the worst right now.
Enhance need uptime.
You would understand if you would play some arenas with decent oponents.

we need Freedom effect during doomwinds/bloodlast
otherwise nothing can help us

That’s the point … we don’t have anything our Feral lunge is useless in pvp it doesn’t have daze/slow/root like wars or druids have or any charge in game besides Rogue shadowstep but its instant for them by the time we travel to target he simply walk away from melle range by walking in any direction in pvp… maybe in PVE its fine.
Spirit walk is useless evokers have immunity to slows when used paladins have immunity when using freedom Dks have immunity on their deaths advance / Charger , in fact we don’t have anything for pvp that comes close to Gap closers/Slow immunities when compared to others.

Why do you speak about PvP when you don’t even play pvp and make it look like you do and tell people “Skill issues”??? all of above classes are ranged besides war all ret abillities are 10-20yard some even 30 with only 1 being melle range … even evoker has better slow immunity then us when being a ranged spec “Hover x2” immune to all slows… wars have so much charges and leaps that daze/root the target and all that speaking we don’t even have stun on demand like all others in pvp … its a totem for that stuns for 3 seconds after 2 seconds… and our lasso? makes us useless when keeping target stunned + we get insta kicked on it in pvp where have you seen anything like that on other classes?

Because class balancing (in particular utility and mobility) translates to other modes.

So if you make Shamans mobile in PvP you will also make them mobile in PvE. And we will get the nerf-bat as a result. And I dont want that.

OR… you add mobility via PvP talent. Because that is their purpose : To give PvP ONLY tuning with out wrecking the PvE scene …

As for the skill issues, I missread the title of this post and thought it was PvE. I corrected myself 3 posts after the one you quote.

I could see them make burrow baseline and make a pvp talent to reduce the cooldown on feral lunge to 15 sec and spirit walk to 30 . Would help both with surviving and mobility , or at least give us freedom effect during the whole spirit walk duration

Spirit Walk 40s CD would be start. And Feral Lunge 20s or 25s CD.

I could also see them adding a new PvP talent to deal with double/triple caster lobbies. Something like:

Lightning Shield chance to trigger increased to 100%.
Lightning Shield now grants two stacks of Maelstrom Weapon.
Lightning Shield is now also triggered from ranged attacks and spells. (Alternatively make it trigger only from ranged attacks and spells with the PvP talent to prevent it from becoming a default choice)

Adding daze/stun/root effect to our Feral lunge like warrior has doesn’t make us more “Mobile” it puts us in par with them even in pve , besides the point why would they nerf it if warriors have all above and more mobility+more overall dmg then us in pvp? same goes for evo/ret/feral/boomy/Dks/Rogues/Survival hunters all of them do overall more dmg then us and have real mobility+Immunity to slows/dazes/roots on top of that.

I don’t see at all any reason to nerf us if they add those effects to our mobility spells… the numbers of those classes say otherwise.
