any opinions on enhance in PvP and how its doing come TWW? wondering if i should bother leveling my shaman

How is the Doomwinds build?
worst melee spec ingame 0 changes since bfa blizz dont care to even start bothering with it

Physical build is still very nerfed, those nerfs during Dragonflight are not reverted, plus Tempest (which would be played with the physical build) just got a 21% nerf. Suffice to say the class designer does NOT want you to play the physical doomwinds build at least in PvP (random burst of damage is the culprit here) so they’d rather you do absolutely 0 damage instead.
Elementalist build with Totemic hero talents can do good damage sometimes and that’s about it for now, it is still C tier according to the top PvP players playing on the beta
Main issue with enhancement has been for a very long time, and still is, the lack of mobility: in the beta, if you play against any caster you are in for the least fun experience in a videogame, and against a mage it is instant loss and I’m not exxagerating. Unfortunate but that’s enh shaman for ya
Easy fix would be to make windrush totem give freedom and/or have 2 charges of feral lunge our gap closer like all other melees in the game but that would maybe be when the class designer decides to connect the dots and see the mobility issues… we’ll see
