not sure I’m a fan of the change. It now forces you to take 2 talents (Crash Lightning AND Crashing Storms), it’s insanely powerful in AoE and kind of undoes what Blizzard were trying to do where there’s not just 1 or 2 spells doing most of your Damage, then inversely in Single target situations it’s really ‘meh’. not particularly impactful.
