Gentlemen. I bought the expansion. I used the boost. I did not get the renown benefits. On paper it shows that I technically do have 20 renown with all the factions but I can claim no rewards from their quartermasters still.
It was suggested I needed to raise my renown level before it’ll work. I tried it. It did nothing.
It was suggested I should wait a few days. It’s been a quite a few days already.
It was suggested that this should be fixed come next server reset. 10.2. is here and the issue still persists.
Come on, you’re selling a service and it’s not working. The customer support wait times are through the roof and all I got from them is an unhelpful and flat out embarrassing mass reply that you’ve plastered at all of your annoyed customers that doesn’t address anything at all.
