While I am very pleased to see Lightning Shield actually have a use for enhancement shaman through the Stormbringer hero talent, there is a clear missed opportunity with the new talents to make lightning shield do something for the spec as a whole. Elemental got their 8% nature damage buff talent, meanwhile the usefulness of lightning shield for enhancement relies on choosing the correct hero talent. I would suggest looking into making a talent that makes lightning shield do something, like looking to the old talent that made your lightning shield do damage without being hit. Maybe integrating lightning shield with the doom winds cooldown to also pulse nature damage to give the CD further “oomph” when pressing it.
