I know it drops from two Legion World Bosses, Levantus and Flostam, but in a wowhead guide I also read that around 7.3.5 (?) the item could start dropping from Heyla in the Trial of Valor on most difficulties. Can anyone confirm this ? Killed her a bunch of times now with no drop
