Enhancement is 2nd Bottom DPS spec. Numbers are out

We were told Phase 2 would bring things in alignment and balance a little more with Windfury / Stormstrike.

However Mail gear past level 40 is majority Agility stat orientated (No benefit for shaman)
Going windfury is a DPS decrease over Double Rockbiter (Plus increased mana regen for everytone with rock biter)

the scaling down is already starting, and its gone from 3rd bottom DPS, to now 2nd, soon we will take Frost MAge spec.

This is no skill issue, thje numbers are out for the raid, from boss/trash, and you can see it for yourself.

Imagine playing Enhancement in SOD and not using windfury and relying on Pure Random events to happen to weave Mealstrom stacks into a lava burst hoping to do anything.

I guess we wait for phase 3… when gear will not scale with the spec (including the tanking side, as Tank shaman relys on Shield block… no strength = less block)

On the plus side they can spend hours grinding with every other shaman for a terribly low drop chance and low respawn rate for a rune to make the class rely on randomness to be beaten by warlock tanks in DPS numbers…

Anyone else convinced the Devs play Hunter by any chance?? just a feeling…

You are not wrong. LOL look at the state of that.

They are more align, comparing dps differences they are closee then they were in p1 by a fair margin.

well i mean if the top was doing 5x the DPS of the bottom, I guess reducing the gap to 4.5x dps of the bottom is “more align”

but it is still 3x the damage of Frost mage/Enhancement, Tanks doing more … but i guess if you make the problem go from a 9 to a 8, you have improved it… but to what difference in real terms is arguably nothing.

I am enjoying watching the state of melee hunters though, im curious how long they will be able to keep this up.

Tbh i ment overall entirely.

If you look down the chsrt the fall between speccs is much smaller. The only real outlier is frost mage, which has 2 other speccs at mid pack of above.
