I was testing some different builds of the enhancement shaman.
While testing i happen to run into some weird interactions and was hoping if anyone happend to have run into the same issues.
Following Interactions occured:
- Shaman Mastery is not buffing On-Use Trinket damage of Dreadfire Vessel: " I’m not sure if this isn’t intended however due to the fact that there are classes which conduits and spells affect On-Use Trinkets e.g. Fire Mage with his Infernal Cascade allows his Dreadfire Vessel to deal +20% Damage during Combustion aswell.
So the idea is your mastery allows you to deal X% more Fire,Frost and Nature Damage which does not apply to Dreadfire Vessel (the damage also is not already counted in, if you increase your mastery the Damage it does also stays the same)."
Even if you Actively Buff your Fire Damage by Using Elemental Spirit (Fire Wolf) the Damage wont increase like it does for the Fire Mages Infernal Cascade conduit, wich brings me to my next point.
2. Elemental Spirits Fire Wolf form does not Buff Dreadfire Vessel aswell:
like before if you roll a Fire Wolf all of your Fire Damage is increased by 20%. However you will see no increase in Dreadfire Vessle here aswell.
- Same issue with Skulkers Wing not being buffed by Earthen Spike, thats kinda odd to me because earthen spike just increases the targets physical and nature damage taken by 20%, however this did not apply on the Skulker Damage aswell.
I mean if it would be just like that with every other class, you could just say its not affected by it.
But there we got classes like the Fire Mage who’s Trinkets profit from his buffs and those are just plain damage buffs not Versatility buffs, while also being able to apply Shadowcore Oil, which we are not allowed to use aswell, im drifting off now…
I just want to know if anyone also has the same issue with Mastery or Elemental Spirit Fire not buffing Fire Damage or Earthen Spike not buffing Skulkers Wind.
