Enhancement Shaman Needs Buff ASAP

  1. Class balance has always been the big mess and there always been over- and underperforming specs,
  2. Instead of making balance esier, Blizz technically doubled the number of specc giving each 2 hero spec options,
  3. Enhancement shaman is currently second worst dps spec for ST - the only worse spec is Outlaw Rogue
  4. The enhancement shaman has no alternative if he wants to play melee dps. Outlaw has 2 alternative specs, which performs very well. Enhancement shaman has two hero specs - Totemic and SB while both of them underperforming badly,
  5. There is only one M Dimensius kill with Enhancement Shaman. It is the first time since very long time while we are FORCED to switch to caster dps or reroll another class if we want to progress end bosses - this totally breaks the “bring player not class” Blizz philosophy,
  6. Enhancement has been nerfed many times on PTR even when we were clearly warning Blizzard that the nerfs were too much,
  7. We have not receive a single buff for many weeks as there were no issue at all,
  8. . Enha shaman community literally died. Everyone played on higher level rerolled or stopped playing. The only people left are casual players who only care about adding 2 handed weapons for shaman. On enha shaman Discord people hardly talk about enha shaman. They asks for tips for their new classes they rerolled to instead,
  9. Even if the enha community did not die, we wouldn’t even have any option to communicate the issue to Blizzard since they stopped reading their forums, the only way to contact with them.

Is there any way to communicate to Blizzard that yes, there is the issue, look at the data - so they start caring. It’s long time before Midnight and we are in middle of the season we want to finish like every other one…

1- Totemic aoe is good but single target is bad it has good burst but fall down easily and needs uptime we need lava lash buff for sure , in shadowlands we had a conduit called magma fist which give 25% crit chance for lava lash maybe make it back as talent or buff lava lash

2 - Stormbringer is ok but we need stormstrike buff since outside of Ascendance and with no procs you do tank damage

last this is personal opinion i dont like to press Primordial Wave two times since enh is proc based and fast based spec it feels clunky and maybe make it deal the highest damage without maelstorm for easier rotation

I also agree with the Stormstrike part. It does way too low damage & practically only functions as a maelstrom funnel. Last season, it wasn’t that bad, but the %dmg of Stormstrike compared to the dmg budget has fallen a lot this season (I’m not sure why, as I didn’t see it get nerfed or anything in the notes).

Another issue I have with Ascendance is its frequency. The tier set procs approximately once every 2 minutes, and we also have the regular Ascendance, which occurs every 2 minutes. It just feels like the cd is too long since the damage is so low when the cd isn’t up. I was thinking that enhancement either needs a separate note with DRE (like elemental), or enhancement needs 2 Ascendance charges (like Incarnation or Storm, Earth, and Fire) at 1.5m cd with a lower uptime (12sec instead of 15)

I think there is no other spec that currently has lower damage than Enhancement outside of cds & it feels rly bad with how infrequent Ascendance is atm, even with the help of the tier set.

They just shouldnt have nerfed awakening storms up to 8 for proc on the set. and left it at 6 or so. And it would probably put enhance somewhere in the middle of the pack.
But on top of that, the ascendance playstyle is just degenerate.
You just spam 1 single button most the time is just awefull. Feels like enhance got One button rotation baked in this season. esp in raid.

Its over i think. There is like 5 people trying and that is it. Nobody gonna see these threads or do something becouse blizzard fired everyone. Expansion over for people that wanna play one class and spec.

Don’t think it’s an issue with shaman feedback (although it is true that the shaman forums have become a meme).

From what I see, they moved all the people to work in the new expansion. The 11.2.5 patch has no new content for casuals, balance changes have been WAY slower this patch, and it seems that wow is on maintenance mode compared to previous seasons.

Seems they are rushing for the alpha/new expansion, and this season has been sacrificed.

Edit: Since we got zero buffs AGAIN I assume that Blizz thinks enha shaman is fine and their spot in worst 3 dps specs in the game is fine
