Hi,
I noticed in my character info that the expertise 8 of that talent is not taking into account. It says I am still missing 3,5 % even with an expertise of 34. I get that much expertise from my reforged stats so I guess that the expertise of that talent is missing.
Or does it just now shot on the tooltip but counts? Any other noticed?
