How come “outlaw” an elite spec, who used to be the master of duel wield, master of melee, that the spec was called COMBAT become so f ing bad ??? For how long this joke will persist???
Every season I say they will fix it and make the builds a respectful one not like this not related HO and KIR builds, or the ones before. Not to mention the disastrous idea of this Randomness we are living since Legion expansion, known as roll the bones plus the f ing coins now, and the season 2 tier set is also like that whats next?? Rogue will carry a Russian roulette board ?? ENOUGH RANDOMNESS AND DAMAGE SWINGS.

Did any of the developers tried the rotation we playing???, i am forcing myself to play it because i like outlaw but it doesn’t feel like the old COMBAT ROGUE, the Stealth Fury warrior we all loved.
