Ensemble: Tian Monastery Clothing transmog - missing red and white variants

I bought all 3 sets of Tian Monastery Clothing mog but for some reason only blue one is collected for all characters. Red and white variants are collected only by my leather wearers. Is this how it works or is it a bug?

All my other characters who wear plate, cloth and mail have 0/6 for red and white variants. I don’t know what to do. Looking at the vendor it says I’ve already learned those both variants no matter which character.

Hi there,

This is not something you should be sending tickets for, but rather if you believe something isn’t working as it should, please use the bug reporting tool in-game.

In this case it is already being investigated though, and covered by the issue described here as multiple sets are impacted by the same issue:
