Ever since the last update collapsing void and entropic rift is nerfed by ~50% when entering arena or battlegrounds… no where has it been mentioned? Is it planned or a bug? It works as it should on the pvp dummy and in duels.
Anyone who Can tell me more about this? And if it is permanent ? It is a pretty Big nerf to not mention anywhere.

ive been having tons of fun with the halo build
im doing 300-400k damage and healing each time it hits
and it slows and debuffs everyone near
also decent passives
i normally popp halo with dark angel as the Cds line up perfectly

Still do same dmg, hit around 1m collapsing void like before.
