I feel like EoGS is kinda outdated and feels pretty bad to play in AoE (especially when playing with EB). I want to replace that talent with a new talent that makes EQ cost 100 maelstrom instead of the usual 60(or 50) and make it deal 100% (any number really) extra damage. I would smooth out the build a lot since you no longer would have to worry about casting EB in AoE while still having it in the build for ST. Doing this would fix one of the major problems with the lightning build - the feel. It feels slow and clonky due to the cast time of EB (especially if paired with electrified shocks).
even though the lightning build sims better than the fire build, many players dont play it since it feels so bad to play. Making this change would breathe a lot of life back into the lightning side of the tree imo
