I’ve been think if I should buy the Heroic Edition or the Epic Edition of the new WoW Expansion Shadowlands… I saw that from the Epic Edition you get 30 days of game time. My question is if I buy the Epic Edition can i choose when to activate these 30 days of game time or does it activate itself instantly after the purchase?

I would imagine it would add itself to the end of your current subscription. So if you only have 2 months left … you’d suddenly get three months left. If you didn’t have a current subscription, it would activate for a month straight away. I know the mount activates straight away, so it makes sense that would, too.
It gets added to your current game time. Not sure how it would work for those on a rolling subscription.
On a rolling subscription … its treated as if you pay individually for each segment. So for example if you pay 6 monthly, it takes the money, gives you 6 months time. If you get a free month, it gets added to the end of that, meaning that your next 6 month subs payment will be 7 months after the previous one.
Can confirm what Poisonenvy is saying here. The game time is added to your account immidietly on purchase. If your account already has game time active, it will activate once that current time runs out.
