I cannot “Assign to Specialisation” - the option is there but it does not show me the available specs when I click on it
I cannot “Change Name/Icon” - the option is there but nothing happens when I click on it

I am running into this issue as well, anybody found a solution?
Changing name/icon work in previous patches. Looks like yet another broken feature with the latest patches. Boy they really downgraded QA staff to check their outsourced coding.
