Error 0x0000094 (INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO)

Hello. Does anyone know how to fix Error 0x0000094 (INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO). My game keeps crashing after the last update, tried blizzard support but they were of no help so hope there is someone out there who might know something about it

I have started to receive the exact same error myself. Several times now.
Did the small patch, and boom. These error appeared.

Blizzard need to see this so they can fix it before early access launch!

I had problems for some time until they fixed it in an update, but then they just made a new update today and now the problem is back

same issue here since the update (this morning)

anyway, the game is crashing for many differents reason since the first august patch… impossible to play, and when it works it crashes after a few minutes

but classic, burning crusade or any other game works fine…

I have this same INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO error happening all the time today. The game is basically unplayable

Can you guys tell, what your CPUs are? I heard it’s happening with 13th and 14th gen due to overheat.

Having the INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO and ACCESS_VIOLATION issues with the War Within update. Not CPU temp related issue. Game will crash at random points (within main game, loading main game, in the options page before entering main game etc).

I am able to replicate the crash 100% by entering the options page on the character selection screen and moving the basic graphics quality slider left and right.
Would be interesting to know if this crashes the game for anyone else.

Yes, same problem here since the pre-patch release (24 July), sometimes it will crash like you in character selection, sometimes in graphics options, and sometimes in game after 1, 10, 30 minutes and sometimes after 1 hour or 2, sometimes 2 - 3 days without crash, then it comes back…

Many of us have had this problem since the pre-patch, and I’ve tried absolutely everything that’s been suggested on the forums to solve the problem, but nothing has worked.

All we can do now is pray to the holy Blizzard for a solution.

i9 14900 KF. I’m still having the same issue and I’m really sad to say that this error is about the game. Coz I’m having zero problem with other Bnet games.

I thought the issue had been resolved after the maintenance patch as I could move the graphics slider left and right without a crash. Managed to play for 20-30 minutes and then it crashed as usual.
I did raise this issue with Blizzard support yesterday and supplied logs but the ticket was closed with the standard troubleshooting steps.

13th Gen i9-13900K

Same here, i9 -13900K, still crashing

I downclocked my CPU from 5.9 ghz to 5.6 ghz. Seems no crashes anymore. My CPU is only 3 weeks old, and with latest Microcode 129 fix for preventing degradation. So im not sure if it’s caused by degradation or by game itself. My previous CPU was degraded and i had ACCESS_VIOLATION crashes almost after every load screen. Firefox crashed tabs aswell too.

Update: Today it crashed again. Random, while flying.

I have installed windows 11 Pro and I set turbo boost off on my bios. it seems like it has been fixed so far.
